The chart below details shipping charges and policies within the United States. This includes the continental 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO’s, US possessions and territories. Pennsylvania addresses will be charged an additional 6 percent sales tax. Shipping starts at $3.00! for the first item and $1.25 for each additional item

Standard With Tracking: Your order will be sent via USPS with tracking. This service typically takes 4-14 business days from the shipping date to arrive

International Shipping & Handling
Betamonline can ship your order to almost anywhere in the world. Remember that you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. We must place a green customs sticker on all international orders. This sticker lists the contents as "Audio Compact Discs".



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

BetamOnline.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide within 30 days that you do not want the product you purchased, you may return it for a refund or exchange as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us for RMA Number. Please use the return label on the reverse side of the packing slip and send it back to us via USPS Parcel Post.



All returns to BetamOnline are subject to the following conditions:
Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice).
Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds.
ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included.
We do NOT pay for postage on returns.
Shipping Charges are not Refundable.
International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused.
Promotional Items (DVDs, CDS, etc.) cannot be Returned for any reason, unless Defective.
